1. General Provisions

Each individual may operate only one account. Opening multiple accounts by the same person is strictly prohibited. If such an occurrence is detected, all associated accounts may be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited.

It is your own responsibility to keep your account login details (username, password) confidential. You must not give any third party access to your account. If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
2.3 Identity Verification

3. Age Verification and Eligibility Requirements

4. Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.2 Deposit Rules
Funds deposited must come from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits made in a third party's name will be automatically rejected and returned to the original account.

4.4 Currency and Conversion
All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳). Payments made in other currencies may not be accepted, or may be converted at the prevailing exchange rate.
5. Bonus and Promotion Terms
bz999 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for new and regular players. All bonuses are subject to fulfillment of specific conditions.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New players will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,500 bonus → total balance ৳2,500
- Deposit ৳14,000 or more → ৳10,000 bonus (maximum) → total balance ৳24,000
5.2 Wagering Requirements
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25x, calculated on the bonus amount only (not the deposit amount). Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = a total of ৳37,500 must be wagered before withdrawal.
5.3 Bonus Cancellation Conditions
A bonus may be cancelled in the following cases:
- If a third-party deposit is proven
- If bonus claims are made from multiple accounts
- If bets are placed in violation of the bonus policy (reverse betting, low-risk arbitrage, etc.)
- If a withdrawal is attempted before the wagering requirement is met while a bonus is active
5.4 VIP Cashback
bz999's VIP program has four tiers: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.4%), Silver (up to 0.8%), Gold (up to 1.1%), and Platinum (up to 1.5%). It is possible to gradually move up to a higher tier through regular gaming activity.
6. Game and Betting Rules
All games and sports betting activities on bz999 are conducted under specific rules. The individual rules for each game are provided in detail within the game interface.
6.1 Sports Betting
Betting is available on cricket (including BPL, T20 World Cup, and IPL), football, kabaddi, and other sports. All markets and odds are displayed before betting begins and cannot be changed after a bet is confirmed. If a match is cancelled or incomplete, settlement will follow bz999's betting rules.
6.2 Casino Games
All casino games are operated by software from verified providers. Win and loss outcomes are determined through a random number generator (RNG) or live dealer, which is completely impartial.
6.3 Technical Errors
If a technical error occurs during a game or betting process, the relevant round or bet may be considered void and the deposited amount will be returned to the user's account. bz999 reserves the right to cancel, at its discretion, any abnormal winnings resulting from an error.
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bz999 platform. Violation of these prohibitions will result in account closure and funds may be seized:
- Attempting to obtain bonuses through fraudulent means (bonus arbitrage, account sharing)
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activities
- Registering an account with false information or documents
- Using automated software (bots), scripts, or hacking methods
- Harassing other users or using inappropriate language
- Operating multiple accounts from the same device or network
- Intentionally exploiting technical vulnerabilities
If suspicious activity is detected, bz999 may investigate or suspend an account without prior notice and may inform the relevant authorities.
8. Account Suspension and Closure Policy
bz999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

- Serious violation of the Terms
- Failure to verify identity or submission of fraudulent documents
- Suspicious or unusual betting patterns
- Proof of being underage
- Request from law enforcement authorities
8.2 Voluntary Closure
If you wish to close your account yourself, contact the support team. All outstanding withdrawals will be settled before closure. For self-exclusion requests, the account will be kept inactive for a specified period.
8.3 Remaining Funds
Upon account closure, any legitimately earned balance will generally be returned to the user's original deposit method, though this may not apply in cases under investigation or involving a violation.
